Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer for a full-time, on-site position.

Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who has a solid foundation in design and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who understands basic design principles and can apply them thoughtfully — not just create random visuals. You should be able to follow briefs, understand client requirements, and deliver clean, well-structured designs.

What You’ll Do

• Design social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, ad visuals)
• Assist in creating branding materials (logos, banners, etc.)
• Work on brand guidelines (colors, typography, usage rules)
• Create presentation decks (PowerPoint/PPT) for clients and internal use
• Follow design briefs and translate them into clear, effective visuals
• Maintain consistency across different brands and campaigns
• Collaborate with team members and refine designs based on feedback
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Good understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and alignment
• Ability to follow briefs and interpret client requirements correctly

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Basic experience with PowerPoint / presentation design
• Understanding of branding and social media design
• Ability to design without relying entirely on templates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
