Job Overview:
ARD Developers is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Junior Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling and branding. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with AI design tools and a strong understanding of both employer branding and corporate branding to create impactful and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
• Create content that supports employer branding initiatives (hiring campaigns, workplace culture posts, internal branding)
• Design materials for corporate branding including brochures, presentations, and advertisements
• Utilize AI design tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and output quality
• Collaborate with HR and marketing teams for recruitment campaigns and brand positioning
• Edit and refine designs based on feedback while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Canva AI, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of employer branding and organizational branding
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects)
• Understanding of social media trends and content strategy
• Experience working on branding campaigns or real estate projects is a plus
