Junior Graphic Designer - Evening Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating conceptual ideas into visually appealing designs, ensuring that they align with the company's brand identity and effectively communicate the intended message. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Design:
• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for various projects, including but not limited to marketing collateral, digital assets, print materials, and branding elements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Brand Consistency:
• Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all design projects to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand identity.
• Work closely with marketing and communication teams to align designs with brand messaging.
• Multimedia Design:
• Create visually compelling graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Design engaging presentations, infographics, and other multimedia content.
• Print Design:
• Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging that adhere to industry standards and printing specifications.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure quality and timely production of print materials.
• Typography and Layout:
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition in all design projects.
• Ensure readability and visual appeal through effective use of fonts, colors, and layout principles.
• Software Proficiency:
• Proficient in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
• Stay updated on emerging design trends and tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Collaborate with team members to gather feedback and incorporate revisions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and work well within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Motion graphics or video editing skills.
• UX/UI design experience.
• Familiarity with web design principles.
