Junior Graphic Designer (Female)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer based at our office in Dubai Investment Park 1. The selected candidate will work directly with the Marketing Manager to support content creation for proposals, presentations, social media, and internal marketing materials. She will translate ideas and briefs into well-designed visuals and videos that reflect our brand quality and attention to detail.

The role requires a creative yet disciplined designer who enjoys working on varied projects — from presentation design to social media posts and event artwork. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and remain open to feedback and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and format presentations and proposals in PowerPoint or Canva
• Create social media posts, reels, and carousels based on provided content and calendar
• Develop visual assets and artwork for events, brand activations, and marketing campaigns
• Edit videos at a medium to advanced level using Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Canva
• Support the creative and production teams with 2D design tasks for internal and client projects
• Maintain organised design files and deliver high-quality work on time

Qualifications

• Female candidate preferred
• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Junior Designer (in any industry)
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Skilled in video editing using Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with presentation design in Canva or PowerPoint
• Willing to follow the direction of Creative Director and work accordingly .
• Basic knowledge of SketchUp or AutoCAD is an advantage but not mandatory if Adobe Suite is known.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and design aesthetics.
• Ability to manage time, take direction, and work independently when needed
• Open to feedback and eager to grow creatively
