Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on skill & portfolio)

Role Overview

Are you a design student or a fresher looking to jumpstart your career in a fast-growing agency? Dot Branding is looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to assist in daily design operations. You will work directly under the founder’s mentorship, gaining hands-on experience with international clients and high-conversion e-commerce design.

What You Will Do

• Support Production: Help create daily social media graphics (Posts & Stories) using templates provided by the lead designer.
• Basic Photo Editing: Remove backgrounds, color correct product images, and prepare files for Amazon/E-commerce listings.
• Format & Resize: Adapt main design concepts into various sizes for different platforms (Web banners, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Organization: Maintain a clean folder structure for project assets and final deliverables.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Software Knowledge: Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Portfolio: Even if it’s student work or a "practice" portfolio, we want to see your potential and design sense.
• Coachability: A positive attitude towards learning and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Location: Based in or around Ahmedabad for occasional in-person training or sync-ups.
