Role Overview

Are you a budding creative mind passionate about design and visual storytelling? Join TQI as a Graphic Design Intern or Junior Graphic Designer, where you'll get hands-on experience working on real-time branding and digital projects. We’re looking for someone with a strong creative flair, basic design knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating engaging designs for social media, digital platforms, packaging, and branding materials.
  • Support the design team in maintaining visual consistency across all brand materials.
  • Work with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Figma, and Canva.
  • Help design layout presentations, mood boards, and basic campaign visuals.
  • Contribute to catalog designs, digital advertising assets, and marketing creatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Education: Any Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience. Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
  • A basic understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.
  • Familiarity with design tools mentioned above (prior internships or project experience is a plus).
  • Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment.
