Junior Graphic Designer (Male)

Ozbix IT Solutions is a creative and forward-thinking IT company, delivering innovative solutions for clients worldwide. We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of marketing materials including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the team to create visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support the Senior Designer in executing design concepts and revisions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Prepare graphics for web and print formats.
• Ensure all designs meet the required standards and deadlines.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and project files.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Strong creativity and an eye for detail in graphic design.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and make revisions accordingly.
• Understanding of social media and digital marketing design trends.
• Time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• A basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative work (academic, freelance, or personal projects accepted).

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Knowledge of UI/UX design basics.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
• Video editing skills.
• Experience with print design or packaging is a plus.
