**Position Overview:**

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating visual content that resonates with our audience. You'll be responsible for packaging label design, social media graphics, email/SMS design, event materials, presentation decks, and sell sheets. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and stay updated with current trends. This role will primarily be working with the Fit&Lean Nutrition brand– a female-focused health, fitness, wellness, and beauty brand.

**Responsibilities:**

- Design and update eye-catching packaging labels that effectively communicate product information and brand identity.

- Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, adhering to current design trends and brand guidelines.

- Design visually appealing email and SMS campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions.

- Develop event materials such as banners, posters, and brochures that align with event themes and objectives.

- Craft polished presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and consistency.

- Design sell sheets that showcase product features and benefits in a visually appealing manner.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

- Proven experience in packaging label design and graphics for social media.

- Strong skills in email/SMS design, event materials, presentation decks, and sell sheets.

- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities.

- Up-to-date with current design trends and technologies.

Job Type: Part-time

• 20 hours per week.
• Flexible Schedule Options: 5 days a week, 4 hours per day OR 2 full days a week (8 hours) + 1 half-day per week (4 hours)

Salary: $25,000-$30,000 per year
