Junior Graphic Designer / Production Assistant (Entry Level)

We are a small, tight-knit t-shirt printing company with over 20 years of experience serving corporate clients, construction companies, and municipalities. We handle everything from customer ideas to finished printed apparel, and we are looking to add a junior designer to our team.

This is an entry level position ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to gain real-world experience in design and production.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Paid holidays

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with creating and updating customer artwork
• Prepare proofs and basic production files using Adobe Illustrator
• Make revisions based on customer feedback
• Support the front office team with design related tasks
• Help manage multiple small projects at once

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Any experience with screen printing or apparel design
• Previous customer service experience
