UNIE is a fast-growing custom uniform supply company dedicated to blending innovation, style, and functionality. As we expand operations, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and creatively driven designer to join our team and help bring bold, functional uniform collections to life.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a designer who’s passionate about brand storytelling through visuals, understands the importance of clean, production-ready files, and can contribute creatively across digital and physical formats. You’ll support design projects ranging from garment embellishments and mockups to web assets and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop branded mockups for uniforms, hats, and related products (3D rendering a plus)
  • Design print and digital collateral including lookbooks, catalogs, packaging, and signage

  • Support website and e-commerce asset creation (layout, banners, graphics — basic HTML/CSS knowledge a plus)
  • Assist in developing brand presentations and pitch decks
  • Ensure brand consistency across multiple clients and product lines
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and sales teams on various creative projects

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Experience with 3D rendering/modeling (CLO3D, Blender, or similar a plus)
  • Working knowledge of website platforms like Shopify, Webflow, or WordPress (HTML/CSS basics a plus)
  • Strong understanding of print production and preparing artwork for screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, etc.
  • Solid grasp of layout, typography, and composition
  • Organized and efficient with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Able to take direction while also contributing fresh, original ideas

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in apparel, fashion, or merchandise design
  • Familiarity with garment construction or fashion tech packs
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
  • Photography or product styling experience

Please submit your portfolio (PDF or link) along with your resume.
