Position Overview:

As the Junior UI/UX / Graphic Designer at Nao Medical, you will support the design and enhancement of our digital products, internal tools, and marketing assets. You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create intuitive user experiences and visually compelling graphics that strengthen our brand and improve patient engagement.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to real product design in a fast-paced, AI-driven healthcare environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design Support

• • Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
  • Support user research efforts, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve digital experiences.
  • Optimize user flows and ensure intuitive navigation across web and mobile platforms.
  • Apply responsive and accessibility best practices in all designs.
    
    
• Graphic Design & Brand Support
• • Create social media graphics, landing page visuals, presentation decks, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and performance-driven creative assets.
    
    
• Collaboration & Execution
• • Work closely with developers to prepare design assets and ensure accurate implementation.
  • Maintain organized design files and contribute to evolving design systems.

  • Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate efficiently in a fast-moving environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.

• 2 years of experience in UI/UX or Graphic Design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, product interfaces, and visual design work.
• Proficiency in Figma required.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Knowledge of Webflow, HTML/CSS, or front-end basics is a plus but not required.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance creative workflows is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work using Eastern Time, from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, Including Holidays.

• Reliable wired internet connection (100 Mbps minimum).
• Computer/laptop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM minimum, and 128GB free storage.
• Dual-screen setup preferred for enhanced productivity.
• Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version).
• Clear webcam (1080p or higher resolution) and microphone for communication.
• Backup systems for electricity and internet outages.
