About the Role

We are a family-friendly kids salon in Abu Dhabi looking for a Junior Hairdresser who is eager to learn, grow, and develop real skills in children’s haircuts and styling.
This role is perfect for someone with basic salon experience who wants to specialize in kids’ grooming.

No high experience required — we provide full training.

What You Will Learn

• How to cut and style children’s hair (ages 6 months to 14 years)
• Blow-drying, simple hairstyles, and basic treatments
• How to create a calm, positive experience for kids
• Professional hygiene and salon organization
• Working with natural & safe product lines
• Customer service and communication skills

Main Responsibilities

• Assist senior hairdressers during daily services
• Prepare, clean, and organize tools
• Learn and practice haircuts under supervision
• Help children feel comfortable and happy
• Follow hygiene and safety guidelines
• Support simple tasks: hair wash, drying, basic styling

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in any salon (men’s, women’s, or kids)
• Friendly personality and loves working with children
• Willing to learn and improve
• Good communication in English
• Currently in UAE (preferred)
• Ready to join soon

Working Hours

• 6 days per week
• 9-hour shifts (between 10 AM – 10 PM)
