We are seeking a motivated entry-level Healthcare Business Analyst to support business analysis, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives across healthcare operations and systems. This role is ideal for recent graduates interested in healthcare, analytics, and working with cross-functional teams including clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
You will help translate business needs into clear requirements, analyze healthcare data, and support initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
This role is based in our Newark, Delaware offices conveniently located near 131 Continental Drive, Suite 409. We are focused on team participation and commit to working a Full-Time schedule in our Newark office.

Travel to client locations is primarily local during the business day, although some occasional out of the area/overnight travel may be expected.
