Junior HR and Admin Executive

We are looking for an HR & Admin executive to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our company.
Executive is responsible for providing administrative support in a professional and timely manner. The candidate must be flexible to meet the demands of our growing organization.

Responsibilities
HR Role
Induction to Exit and for providing full administrative support
Maintenance of the HR Records and Systems
Preparing or updating employment records relating to hiring,transferring or terminating.
Publish and remove job ads
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
HR day to day activities.

Admin Role
Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed
Take dictation and meeting minutes
Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services
Admin day to day activities.

Requirements
Work experience as an HR & Admin Executive or similar role
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Basic bookkeeping and math skills
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
Current in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS Office
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Good verbal and written communications skills
Minimum graduate degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
