We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior HR Assistant (Arabic) to support the HR and Government Relations functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UAE labor procedures, visa processing, and government portal management, along with basic HR administrative knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
- Coordinate employee medical insurance, Emirates ID, and onboarding formalities.
- Support payroll data preparation (attendance).
- Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Process employment visas, labor cards, Emirates ID applications, and visa renewals.
- Handle work permits, visa cancellations, and status changes.
- Coordinate with government authorities such as:
- Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE)
- General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA)
- Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICP)
- Maintain company immigration files and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Track visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Assist with company license renewals and other regulatory documentation when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR role within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and immigration procedures.
- Experience using MOHRE and immigration online portals.
- Strong communication skills (English and Arabic is required).
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
