Role Description

This full-time role as a Junior HR Coordinator is based on-site in Doha, Qatar. The coordinator will assist with HR administration, streamline benefits and employee relations processes, manage HR documentation, and support the implementation of HR policies. Additional responsibilities include addressing employee queries, aiding in recruitment coordination, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience with Benefits Administration and Employee Relations in Qatar
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the media or creative industry is a plus
