Job description of HR Executive ( Junior)

Experience in Performance Management System & FMCG category will be an added advantage

Responsibilities and Duties:

Daily Job Responsibilities include

1. Recruitment process

2. Documentation process for Hiring and induction.

3. Policy Implementation.

4. Identify Training Resources.

5. Coordination of Training Programs.

6. Co coordinating Head hunting Processes

7. Employee Engagement.Key SkillsPerformance Management System, Appraisals, Employee Engagement, Industrial Relations., Key Result Areas, KPI, PMS, FMCG

Required Experience and Qualifications: MBA HR (Fresher will also do).

Should be eager to learn and implement fresh ideas. Excel & Word proficiency required. Communication skills to be perfect in written and spoken English

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month ( For fresher ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month)

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹15,692.09 - ₹20,113.43 per month
