Job Description: -

Preferred candidate profile
Preferred 3 to 5 years’ experience in Human Resource.
Prefer candidate who have good communication skill - English, Marathi, Hindi
Education
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, MBA-HR, or relevant field experience

Required Skills & Competencies:
1. Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Good organizational and documentation skills
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
5. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
6. Familiar with Email Access, Scan, print
7. Willingness to learn and grow in HR functions, Detail-oriented and proactive.
8. Positive attitude and team player
Salary: - 25,000 to 40,000
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities: -
· Assist in sourcing resumes, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
· Coordinate joining formalities, document collection, and induction programs
· Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
· Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases
· Support attendance, leave, and payroll inputs, Assist in issuing HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, Exit formalities, etc.)
· Act as the first point of contact for basic employee queries, Assist in grievance handling documentation
· Support training coordination and feedback collection
· Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
