Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive who will handle day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment activities, maintain employee records, and act as a bridge between management and employees. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-friendly, and eager to grow in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring Support

  • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and interviewers
  • Follow up with candidates on interview status
  • Maintain candidate database and hiring tracker
  • Support offer letter issuance and joining formalities
  • Assist in onboarding of new employees

2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

  • Collect and verify employee documents
  • Create and maintain employee files (digital & physical)
  • Ensure completion of joining formalities
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information

3. Attendance, Leave & HR Records

  • Track daily attendance and working hours
  • Maintain leave records (casual, sick, earned leaves)
  • Update HR dashboards and trackers
  • Report irregularities to management

4. Employee Coordination & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
  • Support employees with HR processes and policies
  • Coordinate internal communication and announcements
  • Help maintain a positive and disciplined work environment

5. Performance & HR Operations Support

  • Assist in performance review coordination
  • Track appraisal cycles and review schedules
  • Support training, feedback, and internal HR initiatives
  • Maintain HR SOPs and internal documentation

6. Compliance & Office Support (Basic)

  • Ensure basic HR compliance and discipline
  • Support office policies and code of conduct
  • Coordinate with admin team if required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment support
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi preferred)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience in IT / Digital / Startup environment
  • Familiarity with HR tools or basic HRMS
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a senior HR role

Job Type: Full-time
