Junior HR Executive (Male)

India

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Oversee on boarding and orientation programs.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Should have 2+ years of experience in HR management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
