Job Description:

Dr. Aravind’s IVF is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our growing team in Tiruppur. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals passionate about human resources and healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of medical and administrative staff
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll processing and attendance tracking
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
• Handle employee engagement and grievance redressal
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
• Freshers with internship experience in HR are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

• Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
• Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
