Location: Nasheman-e-Iqbal (Near UCP)
Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000 (Based on Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year (Fresh candidates with relevant internship experience can also apply)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior HR Officer to join our team at our Nasheman-e-Iqbal office. The ideal candidate should have basic HR knowledge and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and interview scheduling
• Screen CVs and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support attendance and leave management
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Handle basic HR administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA, or relevant field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• MS Office proficiency
• Organized and detail-oriented
