Junior HR Officer (Fresh Graduate / Entry-Level)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our HR team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or candidate with very limited experience who is eager to learn all HR functions and grow within a structured HR environment. The selected candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and assist in ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms and screening CVs.

Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates.

Support the preparation of job offers and employment contracts.

Assist in onboarding activities and ensure employees submit required documents.

Help update and maintain job descriptions and hiring records.
HR Operations & Administration

Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records accurately.

Prepare standard HR documents such as employment letters, salary certificates, and announcements.

Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and overtime records.

Support HR documentation and ensure proper filing and organization.
Payroll & Benefits Support

Assist in collecting monthly payroll data including attendance, overtime, and leave records.

Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee data.

Help follow up on medical insurance registrations and employee documentation.

Ensure proper recordkeeping for social insurance and employee benefits.
Employee Support & Relations

Act as a first point of contact for basic HR inquiries.

Support employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.

Assist in performance review coordination and documentation.
Compliance & Documentation

Ensure employee files are complete and compliant with company policies.

Assist in preparing required documents for social insurance and government-related processes.

Support HR team in maintaining compliance with local labor regulations.
Offboarding Support

Assist in resignation procedures and clearance processes.

Help prepare final settlement documentation under supervision.

Support exit interview scheduling and documentation.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of HR-related experience (internships included).

Basic understanding of Egyptian Labor Law is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and grow within the HR function.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
