Position: Junior HSE Trainer

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Junior HSE Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct HSE training programs, develop training materials, and facilitate safety sessions at various industrial sites. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring trainees in compliance with international HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive HSE training sessions to professionals across multiple industries.
• Develop and enhance training materials to align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Ensure trainees understand and implement workplace safety protocols effectively.
• Conduct safety assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior trainees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay updated on HSE regulations, policies, and emerging industry trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Health & Safety and Safety Training skills
• NEBOSH certification
• Excellent Communication and Training skills
• Experience in conducting HSE training sessions
• Ability to mentor and coach junior trainees
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field (Preferred)
