About Us: Streamlined Business Solutions helps multi-medium sized companies scale by implementing advanced inventory SAS software (specifically Cin7). We handle the technical heavy lifting so our clients can focus on growth. We are a small, fast-moving team where you will work directly with the founder.
The Role: We are looking for a tech-savvy Junior Implementation Coordinator to act as the "Back of House" engine for our projects. You will start by managing internal workflows, data, and meeting action items, with the specific goal of training you to handle full Cin7 software implementations and client "Go-Lives" independently.
This is a Hybrid Role: You will work from home 3-4 days a week, but must be available to come to the office in New City, NY 1-2 days per week for high-priority training and collaboration.
What You Will Do (The "Big 3"):
- Workflow & Task Management: Take raw meeting notes/summaries (via Read.ai & Gemini), extract action items, and organize them into Monday.com to ensure client projects never stall.
- Data Management: Clean and format inventory data in Excel to prepare for software imports.
- Client Implementation Support: Learn our implementation process from the ground up, eventually handling backend configurations in Cin7 and assisting with client launches.
Who You Are:
- Tech-Native: You are comfortable using AI tools (Gemini/ChatGPT) to speed up your work. You don't just "know" Excel; you are comfortable manipulating data sets.
- Organized: You love checklists. If it’s not in Monday.com, it didn't happen.

Requirements:
- Excel Proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced (Must be comfortable with large data sets).
- Tech Stack: Experience with Monday.com (or similar project management tools).
- Plus: Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a major advantage.
- Commute: Must have reliable transportation to the office for weekly hybrid days.
- Hardware: Must have your own reliable computer and high-speed internet.
