Job description:

The Junior Interior Designer will support the design and execution of healthcare interiors, working under the guidance of senior designers and architects. This role involves preparing layouts, assisting in material selection, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring design compliance with healthcare standards.

• Assist in preparing interior design drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Support in concept development and design presentations for clients.
• Conduct site visits to document progress, gather data, and ensure alignment with design plans.
• Collaborate with senior designers, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
• Assist in material and finish selection, focusing on durability and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain documentation, drawings, and records for all project stages.
• Research and suggest new design ideas, trends, and materials relevant to healthcare interiors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and healthcare regulations.
