Junior Interior Designer

Agsia is a boutique interior design studio known for refined, timeless spaces that balance sophistication, warmth, and functionality. We take a hands-on approach to every project — from concept to completion — with a strong emphasis on creativity, precision, and collaboration.

We’re looking for a Junior Interior Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a natural eye for design and a strong ability to support all phases of the design process.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead designer in developing design concepts, space planning, and presentations.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and elevations in AutoCAD.
• Create 3D visualizations and renderings in SketchUp.
• Source and coordinate FF&E selections and materials.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, specifications, and schedules.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients as needed.
• Contribute to the creative process and help bring projects from design to installation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in an interior design studio or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Strong sense of initiative — able to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of FF&E sourcing, construction documents, and design presentations.
• Fluent in English & Spanish

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Interest in modern, warm, and sophisticated design aesthetics.
