Junior Interior Designer

We’re Hiring: Full-Time Design Assistant

A growing construction company is looking for a full-time Design Assistant to support our in-house design team. You’ll work closely with the Principal Designer and project managers to help plan, visualize, and execute residential and commercial construction projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and technical drawings using AutoCAD
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction documentation
• Research materials, fixtures, and finishes for active projects
• Prepare client presentations using Photoshop and Illustrator
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors throughout project timelines
• Assist with managing schedules, budgets, and site needs

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in construction, interior design, or architectural drafting is a plus

- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (office)

- Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (office)

- Sunday: Work from home or with customer as needed

- 8-10 hour shifts as needed

- Client meetings as required
