Job Description

We are looking for a creative Interior Designer with strong Project / Site Management experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have an out-of-the-box design approach, be highly organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while optimizing time, cost, and resources.

This role requires a balance of design creativity and on-site execution, managing projects from initial concept through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Interior space planning, concept development, and 3D design visualization
• Manage projects from concept to handover, including site coordination
• Client interaction, presentations, and requirement management
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and contractors
• Assist in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and material specifications
• Oversee site progress, quality control, timelines, and execution
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved budget, scope, and schedule

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with Project Management exposure
• Strong skills in space planning, 3D design, and design detailing
• Knowledge of fit-out execution, materials, and site processes
• Ability to manage clients, vendors, and multiple stakeholders
• Experience in BOQ preparation and basic project estimation
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar)
