Junior Interior Designer and Order Coordinator

Seeking a detail-oriented, driven Junior Designer to join our small, collaborative team and support the execution of refined, one-of-a-kind interiors from concept through completion.

The Role

Place, track, and manage purchase orders for furniture, fixtures, and materials across multiple active projects

Input and maintain accurate project data including specifications, budgets, and schedules

Produce and revise drawings and basic design documents using CAD software

Procure material and finish samples; maintain an organized sample library

Coordinate with vendors and trade partners; track deliveries and follow up on outstanding orders

Troubleshoot order issues, shipping delays, and vendor discrepancies with professionalism and urgency

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
