We are seeking a Junior Hospitality Interior Designer to join our growing team. This is a contract role with the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Position Overview

The Junior Hospitality Interior Designer will support senior staff in delivering high-end hotel projects. This role is hands-on and technical—with a focus on producing drawing sets, FF&E documentation, and providing project coordination support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a collaborative, design-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and production of complete drawing sets and technical documentation.
• Support FF&E design and specification, including sourcing, schedules, and presentations.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to track samples, specifications, and approvals.
• Provide project management support: maintain schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and internal check-ins.
• Conduct site visits, field verifications, and assist with punch lists as needed.
• Maintain organized project files, CAD standards, and digital archives.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of professional design experience (hospitality or high-end residential preferred).
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp (Revit, Rhino, Enscape a plus).
• Knowledge of FF&E, materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Highly collaborative, with a willingness to step into both creative and technical tasks.
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field required.
