Bellia Interiors Group, a leading commercial furniture dealership serving the Philadelphia region, is seeking a motivated Junior Interior Designer / Showroom Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Interior Design graduate looking to begin a career in commercial interiors. The role provides hands-on exposure to workplace, hospitality, healthcare, education, and municipal projects while working alongside Bellia’s experienced sales and design professionals.

• Interior Design & Project Design Support
• Account Management & Client Support
• Commercial Furniture Project Coordination

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the sales and design team with client requests, finish selections, and project coordination
• Participate in client meetings, showroom tours, and on-site visits
• Learn Bellia’s products, manufacturers, contracts, pricing structures, and commercial furniture processes
• Learn about leading commercial furniture manufacturers, product applications, and specification processes
• Help manage Bellia’s hospitality showroom and materials library
• Coordinate manufacturer representative visits and lunch & learns
• Maintain finish samples, fabrics, and vendor resources
• Assist with showroom presentation and organization
• Provide occasional support with project-related social media content

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude with willingness to learn
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Interest in commercial interiors, furniture, and workplace environments
• Familiarity with CET, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person

Pay: $43,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
