Aurelian Holiday Homes is a design-led, boutique short-term rental company specialising in curated, retro-luxury and modern spaces across Dubai. We manage premium apartments and villas, providing homeowners with a seamless end-to-end service — from interior styling and procurement to guest experience and listing optimisation.

We are expanding and looking for a junior, design-savvy, operations-driven teammate who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about beautiful interiors.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid role combining operations, interior styling, and procurement support. You will work closely with the founder across all phases of setting up a new holiday home — from sourcing furniture and décor to coordinating deliveries, installations, staging, and assisting with listing preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Styling & Design Support

  • Assist in preparing design concepts, moodboards, and furniture selections.
  • Support with styling and setup of new holiday homes (decor, accessories, linens).
  • Ensure spaces meet Aurelian’s design standards and are “photo-ready” for listing.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Source furniture, décor, accessories, and household items (Dubai & China suppliers).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, track deliveries, and follow up on timelines.
  • Compare quotations, negotiate basic pricing, and maintain cost sheets.

On-Site Setup & Operations

  • Coordinate furniture installation, handyman visits, and cleaning schedules.
  • Travel to project sites for measurements, quality checks, and handovers.
  • Ensure each new unit is fully equipped with essential amenities.

Listing Support

  • Assist with photography preparation (staging before the shoot).
  • Support in preparing basic listing content (inventory, features, unit highlights).
  • Assist with uploading listing content and cross-checking details (training provided).

Administrative & Logistics Tasks

  • Maintain procurement logs, receipts, and onboarding checklists.
  • Support holiday-homes permit documentation and basic compliance tasks.
  • Handle small errands such as décor shopping and returns/exchanges.

What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves

  • Passion for interior design (even if self-taught; strong aesthetic judgment).
  • Proactive, organised, and responsible — able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving licence (role requires frequent travel around Dubai).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to learn holiday homes operations from scratch.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in interior design, hospitality, real estate, or procurement.
  • Basic knowledge of photography staging or graphic design.
  • Familiarity with Airbnb/Booking.com platforms.
