Industry Preference: Experience in Healthcare technology/products is a plus

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Manager to support our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, and compliance initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, security, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure & Network Support

• Assist in maintaining servers, networks, firewalls, and VPN configurations
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues when needed
• Support IT device installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

Security Operations

• Monitor SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewall logs for potential threats
• Assist in analyzing alerts and identifying false positives
• Support incident response activities and documentation

Compliance (ISO 27001 & HIPAA)

• Help ensure adherence to IT/security policies and standards
• Support audit preparation and evidence collection
• Assist in maintaining compliance documentation

Vulnerability & Risk Management

• Perform routine vulnerability scans
• Track remediation progress and support risk reporting

User & Access Management

• Assist in user account creation, permission reviews, and MFA management
• Maintain least-privilege access principles

Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Support regular backup operations and integrity checks
• Assist in business continuity and recovery planning

Asset & Vendor Management

• Maintain inventory of IT assets, licenses, and tools
• Assist in coordination with vendors and service providers

Training & Awareness

• Support delivery of IT and cybersecurity awareness materials
• Promote best practices across the organization

Requirements:
✅ Good knowledge of networking, servers, and operating systems

✅ Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals

✅ Familiarity with ISO 27001 or HIPAA

✅ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

✅ Good communication and documentation abilities

✅Willingness to learn and grow in IT & security fields

✅ Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
