Job Title: Junior IT Network Administrator
Salary: BHD 800 per month

Shuban IT Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Network Administrator to join our growing IT team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about networking, system administration, and providing technical support in a professional business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Support the administration of servers, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
• Perform routine system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and network diagrams.
• Assist in implementing cybersecurity policies and best practices.
• Coordinate with vendors and senior IT staff for system upgrades and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs).
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Understanding of network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to BD800.000 per month
