Junior IT Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a fresh graduate or early-career professional (0–1 year experience) to join our team as a Junior Project Manager. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using Figma or Axure RP and eager to learn project management practices while supporting product and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring project tasks.
• Use Figma or Axure RP to review, refine, or prepare basic design prototypes and documentation.
• Coordinate between design, development, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
• Track progress, update reports, and flag potential risks or delays.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic Figma or Axure RP experience (university projects, internships, or personal work acceptable).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
