To collect data, following a desk review of the relevant external assessments and PSS information about current divisional objectives and workplan, the consultant team will review PSS Projects teams’ workplans and prepare specific surveys to share with team members and team leaders. The results will be reviewed and validated during dedicated meetings/workshops.

Options for PSS Projects teams review (e.g. functional articulation, structuring, work processes) will be presented during a workshop, including, if applicable, role redistribution and definition of implementation roadmap.
