ABOUT THE ROLE

We need a friendly and reliable person to handle the basic IT work in our office. This is not a heavy technical job — our systems are mostly stable, and real issues are rare. Most of your time will be spent just making sure everything is fine and helping out when a small problem pops up.

Think of this as a simple, low-stress IT helper position. If you’ve installed Windows before, set up a computer for a friend, or fixed common PC errors, you already have the experience we're looking for.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (IT’S PRETTY STRAIGHTFORWARD)

· Setting up new computers and installing Windows for team members.
· Plugging in monitors, keyboards, and making sure everything switches on properly.
· Helping coworkers when they get an error message or something isn't working — usually just restarting or doing a quick fix.
· Keeping an eye on things so everyone can work without interruption.
· Occasionally organizing cables or updating simple software.

The workload is quite light, so you won't be running around all day. It's a relaxed environment.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

· You know how to install Windows and basic software like browsers and Microsoft Office.
· You're comfortable setting up a PC, connecting it to the internet, and fixing small, common problems (printer not printing, computer frozen, etc.).
· You're patient and happy to help team members who aren't very tech-savvy.
· You don't need to be an expert or have years of experience. A student, someone doing an internship, or someone who just has a bit of hands-on IT practice is perfect.
· What matters most is that you're honest, reliable, and willing to learn anything new if a slightly bigger issue comes up.
