Since 1999, Mike’s Factory Direct has been the premier name in Fairfield County for luxury kitchen and bath renovations. We have more leads than our current team can handle, and we are looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to turn their passion for aesthetics into a high-level career.

Your Role: Bringing Dreams to Life

• Consultative Design: Warmly welcome clients to our Westport showroom, develop design concepts, and create stunning 3D renderings.
• Technical Precision: Travel to homes to take detailed measurements and ensure installation specifications are flawless.
• Full-Cycle Project Management: From computing budget estimates and selecting finishes to communicating with vendors and overseeing material orders.
• Product Expert: Become a specialist in cabinetry, countertops, and hardware.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $189,000.00 per year
