Junior Lash Artist

It’s A Lash A Thing is a luxury, results-driven beauty studio specializing in lashes, lash lifts, and facials. We’re growing and looking for a skilled, reliable lash artist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform classic and hybrid lash extensions
• Perform lash lifts and tints
• Maintain sanitation standards
• Take before/after photos
• Deliver luxury client experience
• Rebook clients and educate on aftercare
• Create basic social media content

Requirements :

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of Georgia Or currently enrolled .
• 6 mos experience isolating and can complete a full classic set in under 2.5 hrs
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding client service skills with strong client retention.
• Reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Polished, professional and friendly with a passion for beauty.
• Social Media Management

Pay:

• 1–2 week training at $12–$14/hr
• 40% commission after training
• Tips kept by artist

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
