Junior Lawyer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Lawyer to join our team and assist in managing legal, compliance, and documentation processes. The role involves handling contracts, reviewing agreements, supporting intellectual property (IP) matters, and ensuring all legal aspects of the company’s projects and partnerships are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents including MoUs, contracts, and service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in legal correspondence, notices, and regulatory filings when required.
• Support the team in handling intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, licensing, etc.).
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and ensure timely resolution of legal matters.
• Maintain organized legal records, documentation, and case summaries.
• Provide legal inputs for new business initiatives, collaborations, and digital campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• 0–2 years of professional experience (freshers with strong legal fundamentals may apply).
• Good understanding of contract law, IP rights, and media/entertainment regulations.
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
