Junior Lead Gen Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading GEN-related projects from planning to execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery

• Monitor project progress and report key metrics to senior leadership

• Support in resource allocation and task prioritization

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards

Requirements:

• 6-8 Months years of relevant experience in GEN or similar domain

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with GEN frameworks or platforms

• Knowledge of agile development practices

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
