Position Overview
We are seeking a
Junior Legal Counsel
to support our U.S. attorneys and senior legal staff with
U.S. immigration casework and business/corporate legal matters
. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented candidate with strong English communication, solid legal fundamentals, and the ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment aligned with U.S. working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Immigration Support (U.S.)

Assist with drafting and reviewing immigration forms and supporting documentation (e.g.,
I-130, I-485, N-400, I-129F
) under attorney supervision.

Help prepare case packets, checklists, and supporting evidence organization for filings.

Draft initial versions of client support letters, attorney cover letters, and internal case summaries/memos.

Track deadlines and maintain accurate case notes, task logs, and document version control.

Learn and apply relevant
USCIS procedures
, filing standards, and documentation requirements.
Business / Corporate Law Support

Support business/corporate matters by drafting and reviewing basic corporate documentation (e.g., resolutions, internal policies, simple agreements) as assigned.

Assist with contract support (e.g., NDAs, vendor/service agreements) by organizing drafts, tracking revisions, and preparing comparison notes for attorney review.

Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on
business law/commercial topics
and general compliance questions, under supervision.

Maintain and organize corporate records, templates, and internal documentation for easy access and reuse.
Team Coordination & File Management

Communicate and coordinate with U.S.-based attorneys/paralegals and (as needed) clients in a professional manner.

Support the senior legal team with data entry, form compilation, and document management across matters.

Maintain well-organized digital files and ensure completeness/accuracy of documentation.
Required Qualifications LL.B. from a recognized university (Pakistan) 0–2 years of experience (internships or junior role experience preferred) English (Fluent) — strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable working 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT and transitioning onsite within the next few months.
Preferred Qualifications
