Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Business Development Manager who is hungry to learn, resilient on the phone, and highly structured in managing pipelines. In this role, you won't just be making random cold calls. You will leverage our comprehensive 360-degree digital framework to turn Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and closed deals.
You will work closely with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities, master our CRM systems, and nurture high-value accounts.
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Lead Pipeline Management: Manage, clean, and track inbound leads generated by our marketing engine, ensuring zero friction in the CRM funnel.
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify and target key decision-makers (B2B/Industrial/SaaS sectors) via cold outreach, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
- Qualification & Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify potential clients' needs and introduce Growth Hive 360’s core solutions.
- Deal Support: Schedule high-quality meetings for the Senior BDMs/Account Executives and actively assist in preparing pitch decks and proposals.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain immaculate data records of all interactions, opportunities, and feedback within the CRM to ensure accurate revenue attribution modeling.
Requirements (Who You Are)
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, tele-sales, or an account management role (Agency, SaaS, or tech product background is a massive plus).
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity or high comfort level learning CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic marketing automation tools.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills—you can craft a compelling email and hold a confident phone conversation.
