Junior Loan Processor

POSITION SUMMARY: Reviews loan application documentation for accuracy. Processing through funding of loan transactions. Communicate with borrowers, vendors, and loan origination employees to ensure loan transaction is completed in a timely manner and all required items are obtained. Maintains a pipeline ensuring all tasks are complete and in compliance with Banking Regulations as well as Brannen Bank policy.

Not a remote position; located in Inverness, FL.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data entry and review of loan file documentation for accuracy and completion
• Communicates with borrowers, vendors, underwriting partners, and loan officers to obtain needed documentation throughout the loan transaction
• Processes loan file from application through funding and disbursement
• Follow up on required documentation needed to complete loan transactions
• Order, receive, and review required loan documentation such as: Appraisal, Title, Survey, Pest Inspections, Homeowners and Flood Insurance, Flood Certification, Employment Verification, Credit, Housing Verification, Payoff, etc.
• Maintain loan notes throughout the process to keep all parties informed
• Review executed closing package, authorize funding disbursement

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer Service background
• Knowledge of PC skills to include Microsoft Office products
• Communicate effectively in written or verbal form
• Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to change
