Junior Local SEO Specialist

Location: Federal B. Area Karachi • Full-Time • (3:00PM to 12:00AM)

Role Overview

As a Junior Local SEO Specialist, you will support our SEO team in optimizing Google Business Profiles, improving local rankings, managing citations, and performing on-page enhancements for client websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize Google Business Profile (GBP) listings: posts, services, Q&A, updates, photos, and category optimization.
• Conduct local keyword research and analyze ranking opportunities.
• Audit client websites for on-page issues such as meta tags, headings, internal linking, and local landing page optimization.
• Create and update local citations across trusted directories.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and insights from GBP and SEO tools.
• Assist in building location-wise landing pages and optimizing content for local intent.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
• Perform competitor analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the senior SEO team on ongoing local SEO strategies.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts (keyword research, on-page SEO, citations, ranking).
• Knowledge of Google Business Profile (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, or similar (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
