Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Python Machine Learning Engineer with solid programming fundamentals and strong interest in ML algorithms. You will work with our senior AI engineers to build ML models, preprocess datasets, and contribute to real client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and optimize machine learning models using Python and Scikit-learn.
• Work with core ML algorithms including regression, classification, clustering, etc.
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Build small ML pipelines and assist in integrating models with applications.
• Create clear documentation and maintain clean, modular Python code.
• Support AI research tasks and help prototype internal AI tools.

Required Skills

• Strong Python coding ability with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.
• Good understanding of ML algorithms such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, KMeans, etc.
• Basic knowledge of statistics, overfitting/underfitting, evaluation metrics, and model selection.
• Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook or Google Colab.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Academic or internship experience in machine learning projects.
• Exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other deep-learning frameworks.
• Familiarity with APIs, Git, or basic deployment workflows.
• Interest in Generative AI or LLM-based applications.
