Junior Maintenance Technician

United Timber Works is looking for a Mechanical Technician (Fitter) to join our maintenance department. The candidate will be responsible for machine installation, fitting, preventive & breakdown maintenance, repairing of mechanical parts, and ensuring smooth operations of industrial machines.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial machines/building material industry and be capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fitting, alignment, and repair of mechanical parts
• Handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of machines
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Knowledge of bearings, belts, shafts, gears, couplings etc.
• Conduct regular inspection to minimize downtime
• Maintain records of maintenance work
• Follow company’s safety guidelines and standards

Qualification:

• ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• OR 12th Pass with relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
