About Us

We are a fast-growing AVL production company based in Dubai, delivering high-quality sound, lighting, and stage solutions for private and corporate events. In addition to our event production services, we operate a professional DJ studio available for rental.

We are looking for a creative, organized, and driven individual to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and oversee daily operations of our DJ rental studio.

Role Overview

The Social Media & Studio Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and posting consistent content across all digital platforms, updating website blogs, generating leads for the sales team, and managing the DJ studio rental operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands content creation, marketing strategy, and basic operational management.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Create high-quality photo and video content using company cameras and equipment.
• Plan and execute content shoots during events, studio sessions, and behind-the-scenes setups.
• Edit and post content consistently across:
• Instagram
• Facebook
• TikTok
• Snapchat
• Develop and maintain a content calendar.
• Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone.
• Monitor trends and adapt content strategy accordingly.
• Respond to comments and messages professionally.

Website & Blog Management

• Update website blogs regularly with event recaps, case studies, and industry insights.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility.
• Ensure website visuals and content stay updated.

Lead Generation & Marketing Support

• Generate qualified leads through social media and online engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Assist in running paid ad campaigns (if needed).
• Track and report on engagement, growth, and lead metrics.

DJ Studio Management

• Manage bookings and scheduling for the DJ rental studio.
• Coordinate studio setup and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Welcome clients and ensure professional customer experience.
• Oversee studio cleanliness and readiness.
• Upsell additional services when appropriate.

Requirements

• Based in Dubai.
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Basic video editing skills (Reels, TikTok-style edits).
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media algorithms.
• Good writing skills (English required).
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Interest in music, DJs, or event production is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours when events require.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Knowledge of SEO and blog writing.
• Graphic design skills (Canva / Adobe).
• Basic understanding of audio/visual equipment (bonus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
