THE ROLE

We're looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant who's ready to help us stay organized, keep clients supported, and take ownership of the little things that make the big things possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing social media and marketing strategies across multiple brands and platforms.
• Support the planning and scheduling of social media content calendars.
• Draft and schedule social media posts, monitoring engagement and responding where appropriate.
• Coordinate with the internal design team to develop visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support the sales and marketing teams in executing campaigns and promotions.
• Help maintain company social media pages and ensure content remains current and relevant.
• Monitor customer engagement and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to monthly marketing dashboards capturing reach, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Conduct basic research into trends and competitor activity.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Interest in design, interior design, architecture or product design is highly valued.
• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (or currently studying).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,278.90 - $53,938.03 per year
